Role Description The Director of Execution Management Systems is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business execution frameworks and tools across CMG Nexus. This role will lead cross-functional projects that align technology, business processes, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives and new ventures. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing workflows, mapping and optimizing business processes, coordinating with information technology teams, and ensuring organizational training and adoption of execution systems. The Director will collaborate closely with leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, manage project timelines and budgets, and monitor system performance to drive data-informed decisions. This role also involves documenting standards, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance indicators, and inform process and system improvements.
Demonstrated experience in Training, including developing learning materials, facilitating workshops, and supporting user adoption of new tools.
Proven Project Management capabilities, such as planning, executing, and monitoring complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in Business Process design and optimization, including mapping workflows and implementing standardized procedures.
Solid Information Technology understanding, particularly in selecting, integrating, and managing digital platforms that support execution management.
Experience in leading remote teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Background in operations, consulting, or program management within high-growth or innovation-driven environments is preferred.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and maintain high levels of integrity and accountability.
