Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day operational processes across the business insurance platform. In this position, the associate will handle data entry and verification, manage internal workflows, and assist in tracking and resolving operational issues. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, policy management, and service delivery. The Operations Associate will respond to customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and help identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
