VP of Strategic Partnerships

Role Description This full-time remote VP of Strategic Partnerships role at Válvulas Burzan srl focuses on developing and managing high-impact partnerships that support long-term business growth. The VP will identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partners, negotiate agreements, and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing partnership pipelines, collaborating with internal teams on joint initiatives, aligning partner activities with company objectives, and monitoring performance against strategic goals. The role also involves providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership, refining partnership strategies based on market trends, and representing the organization in external meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to build and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Proven experience leading Strategic Partnerships initiatives, including identifying, structuring, and negotiating high-value agreements.
Strong capabilities in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with a track record of translating market insights into actionable partnership strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors, with global or multi-region exposure.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial, especially for international partnership management.
