About the Opportunity:
The OPERATIONS PROCESS ANALYST role is designed to identify and resolve inefficiencies within business operations through data analysis and process mapping. This position contributes significantly by developing and implementing solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs, thereby supporting the organization's operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data related to current operations including supply chain and workflows.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies through process mapping and data analysis.
Use statistical methods to evaluate problems and forecast outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand root causes of operational problems.
Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Recommend changes to enhance operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability.
Assist with implementing new processes or systems aligned with business objectives.
Monitor effectiveness of changes and adjust as needed.
Create process documentation and guidelines.
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process changes.
Provide training and support on new processes and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
