Company Description Stan Hartley™ is a parent technology company that owns Lokips,Lokips is an Indian social media platform where people can microblog, post clips, connect, and discuss what’s happening around them.
Alongside the social feed, Lokips has Web Network — an integrated AI platform. Users can search in natural language for any task, get a clear explanation, a step-by-step guide, and the right AI tools to complete it. Engineers and builders can upload their own AI tools and agents so they appear in search results. We are building it as an Amazon of AI tools, agents, and services.
India needs its own public platform — one where people can express freely, where events around us get attention, where there is no bias against Indians, and where sexual content is strictly moderated. Lokips also has Lokips Opinions, where users create topics and share views anonymously under a permanent Opinion ID.
We have Developer Help and Instant Help. When someone gets stuck while building (bugs, version issues, no-code problems), a senior developer contacts them within 15 minutes, understands the work, and connects them to the right specialist. No waiting days for freelancers or agencies.
Lokips is not a copy of Western platforms. The services are there because they are needed. We keep ads minimal so the experience stays clean. The goal is a self-reliant Indian public platform.

• Live on App Store and Play Store since 18 September 2026
• 1,160 users
• 3 service bookings received (Developer + Instant Help) worth ₹3.34 lakhs
• Sole founder
We are looking for a co-founder who wants to join as a partner.
Equity structure:
• 5% for ₹5 lakhs
• Additional equity at ₹2 lakhs per 1%
• Maximum 15%
This is an equity partnership. Capital + time. Not a salaried role.
