• Provided technical diagnostic support for Volvo Eicher commercial vehicles across the Pan-India OEM and aftermarket dealership network
• Diagnosed and resolved vehicle issues Tyre burst and overheating, engine starting trouble, poor pick, low fuel efficiency and Engine overheating.
• Operated diagnostic tools including Volvo Tech Tool, DA-Lite, and DA-Lite Plus for fault code analysis and system troubleshooting
• Supported uptime projects, Eicher Live Support, and predictive diagnostics initiatives
• Monitor and trace vehicle performance through telematics and analyze available vehicle data for effective fault diagnosis.
• Coordinated with senior management on KAM and critical escalations for timely resolution
• Ensured dealership network issues were resolved within defined SLA/TAT
• Support field teams during critical vehicle breakdowns and technical investigations to minimize vehicle downtime.
