WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the complete UX for A Design company's AI-driven finance products.
Translate intricate accounting workflows into seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with founders, product managers, engineers, and finance teams to diagnose user challenges and design effective solutions.
Conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into workflows and identify potential product enhancements.
Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Design intuitive experiences for AI agents, automation processes, dashboards, approvals, exceptions, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
Establish and refine A Design company's design system and UX principles.
Work closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure the utmost quality of the final product.
Leverage user feedback and product analytics to iteratively improve the user experience.
Help define design methodologies and best practices as the company expands.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A minimum of 4–7 years of professional experience in UX or Product Design.
Proven experience in designing B2B SaaS or complex enterprise solutions.
Deep understanding of UX research methods, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Prior experience taking products or features from initial concept to successful launch.
Demonstrated ability to simplify intricate workflows and create user-friendly products.
Strong proficiency in Figma and contemporary prototyping or design tools.
Robust product thinking and the capability to align user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
High level of accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with AI or machine learning concepts as they relate to user experience.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
Knowledge of usability testing techniques and user feedback analysis.
Interest in finance and accounting processes to inform design solutions.
