Role Description The Site Engineer (Civil) will oversee day-to-day site activities for sports infrastructure and tiling projects at Bengaluru project locations. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring structural integrity, and monitoring quality control at every stage of construction. The Site Engineer will interpret drawings and specifications, plan and allocate resources, track progress against project timelines, and prepare regular site reports. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety standards, resolving technical issues on site, and communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including hands-on experience managing day-to-day civil construction activities.
Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Candidates should possess robust quality control capabilities, ensuring workmanship, materials, and finishes meet design specifications and safety standards.
Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering principles relevant to sports infrastructure and tile installation projects.
Candidates should be qualified civil engineers with a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and experience in site execution for infrastructure or building projects.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with project management tools, understanding of safety regulations and local building codes, proficiency in reading technical drawings, and the ability to work extended hours on site when required.
