Hiring: Brewery Area Manager / Manufacturing Shift Supervisor
Salary: $85,500 per year

We are seeking motivated current university students and recent graduates for opportunities as Brewery Area Managers within Brewery Operations or Shift Supervisors within Manufacturing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop front-line operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
Drive operational performance while building strong relationships with diverse teams in a unionized environment.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintain a safe production floor.
Uphold product quality standards and ensure consistent manufacturing excellence.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve personnel-related and process-related challenges.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to diagnose equipment issues involving pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and packaging machinery.
Apply data analysis, lean manufacturing principles, and problem-solving techniques to improve process efficiency.
Provide ongoing employee training, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
Address challenging workplace situations with professionalism, fairness, and effective communication.
Qualifications
Current university student or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree and a minimum GPA of 2.8.
Engineering or Science background preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience through employment, internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and active listening skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 manufacturing facility, including rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs and elevated catwalks.
Work Environment
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a manufacturing environment that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required. Additional compensation is provided for weekend work.
