Mastering My Destiny is an independent education business offering e-learning courses and educational events in mindset, communication and practical workplace skills.
The role
Program Facilitators hold structured conversations with people who are considering a personal or professional development program, and help them decide whether one of the available programs is right for them. You'll work within an established framework, on a schedule you set.
What you'll be doing
Hold scheduled one-to-one conversations by phone or video
Ask consultative questions to understand each person's goals and circumstances
Share clear, accurate information about program content and format
Keep simple records of each conversation and the agreed next steps
Follow up as agreed, by message or email
Take part in regular training and skills sessions
What success looks like
People leave your conversations feeling heard, whatever they decide
Information is shared accurately, with nothing overstated
Follow-ups happen when you said they would
You plan your own week and keep your commitments
You keep developing your skills through the training provided
Who this suits
People from client-facing backgrounds often find this work familiar: hospitality, sales, account management, customer success and training among them.
Essential:
At least 5 years in a client-facing, service, sales, training or communication role
Confident speaking one-to-one with people from different backgrounds
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Happy to work within an established process
Desirable:
Experience running workshops, onboarding or training sessions
An interest in education and learning
Comfortable with video calls and simple digital tools

Performance-based compensation

Remote, with ongoing training and support
