Software Engineer – Remote AI Training (Contract, ~15 hrs/week)

What the work involves
• Creating realistic coding tasks for AI models, such as feature implementations and bug fixes
• Building verifiers that check whether solutions are correct
• Reviewing AI-generated code for correctness, performance and maintainability
No prior AI experience is needed. Your engineering skills are what count.
Open roles
• Software Engineer – Backend: strong backend experience in Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++ or similar
• Software Engineer: the same, with a strong testing background as a big plus
• Senior Software Engineer: for engineers with senior-level experience
• Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer: for senior engineers with hands-on front-end and back-end experience
The basics
• Contract, about 15 hours per week
• Fully remote, flexible hours (weekends possible)
• Paid per task that meets the project specs, listed range $30–100/hr ($50–100/hr for Full-Stack), with a minimum number of tasks per week
