Life Insurance Appointment Setter (CRM/Dialing)

Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Life Insurance Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will dial leads from internal CRM systems, remind prospects about submitted beneficiary or child safe cards, and book high-intent appointments aligned with company schedules. You will be responsible for handling standard objections, logging activity accurately, maintaining high show ratios, and following up consistently with assigned leads.
Schedule: Flexible, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CST and 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM CST, or 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST (20 to 25 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Dial leads from internal CRM systems, including Impact and GoHighLevel.
Drive prospect memory regarding submitted beneficiary or child safe cards.
Book high-intent appointments matching strict company schedules.
Overcome standard objections using provided rebuttal scripts.
Ensure high show ratios and follow up consistently with assigned leads.
Log call activities and manage comments inside the CRM accurately.
Coordinate directly with sales management and client success managers.
Requirements:
Experience in the life insurance or broader insurance industry preferred.
Articulate speaker with clear and understandable communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability to handle unexpected prospect questions on the fly.
Familiarity with modern CRM and multi-line dialing software.
Results-oriented mindset focused on appointment show rates.
