Role Description The Senior Director of Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the development and execution of the firm’s long-term strategic plans. This position oversees market and competitive analysis, identifies growth opportunities, and aligns strategic initiatives with the company’s investment and business objectives. The Senior Director will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate new products, services, partnerships, and operational improvements. Typical responsibilities include synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, preparing strategic recommendations and presentations, guiding implementation roadmaps, and monitoring progress against key performance indicators. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring clear communication of strategic priorities, and supporting change management across the organization.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in corporate or investment strategy, including experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans.
Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret market data, financial statements, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior executives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear presentations, reports, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in investment management, financial services, or a related field; prior work in strategy consulting is highly beneficial.
Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
