About HiWox
HiWox is building a next-generation personalized wellness intelligence platform and Healthcare Operating System (HOS). The platform collects and analyses structured data across nine dimensions of wellness and uses deterministic, explainable, evidence-backed algorithms to generate personalized recommendations, rituals, programs, and actionable insights.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to translate business objectives, healthcare workflows, user needs, and product vision into clear requirements, data-driven insights, and actionable product strategies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Strategy: Analyse business objectives, define requirements, identify operational gaps, and translate the HiWox vision into actionable business and product specifications.
Product & Process Analysis: Map user journeys, wellness workflows, stakeholder interactions, and end-to-end processes to improve platform usability, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence: Define KPIs, analyse user engagement, wellness program performance, retention, conversion, and operational data to generate meaningful business insights and dashboards.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Study the HealthTech and wellness intelligence landscape, identify customer needs, assess market opportunities, and support product positioning and differentiation.
Product Documentation: Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product owners, data scientists, developers, healthcare experts, and operations teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into product features and workflows.
Business Model & Growth Analysis: Support pricing, revenue models, partnership strategies, customer acquisition, and business performance analysis for HiWox's B2B and B2C offerings.
Testing & Continuous Improvement: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate feature outcomes against requirements, analyse feedback, and recommend measurable improvements.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in business analysis, product analysis, management consulting, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
Understanding of digital products, SaaS, HealthTech, healthcare workflows, or wellness platforms is preferred.
Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup and convert ambiguous business problems into structured solutions.
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a long-term healthcare innovation venture.
Equity-Based Engagement Terms
This is an equity-based founding team opportunity, not a salaried position at the current stage.
Expected commitment: 20–25 hours per week.
No fixed salary initially. Fixed compensation may be introduced after funding and revenue stabilisation.
Equity will be discussed based on contribution, ownership of responsibilities, expertise, and long-term commitment.
Core founding team equity will be subject to a five-year vesting structure and mutually agreed terms.
The role offers an opportunity to help shape HiWox's business strategy, product development, and growth from an early stage.
