You own the end-to-end development of a clear, graphical, and automated Power BI reporting solution that gives leadership direct visibility into project performance, utilization, resourcing, and forward workload. Your work transforms raw data into intuitive dashboards that allow non-technical business leaders to evaluate operational metrics without needing specialist financial or reporting knowledge.
This is not an ad-hoc report generation or maintenance role. You operate with complete autonomy to review data structures, build robust data models, design phased dashboard suites, and establish automated refresh schedules. Best suited for data professionals who thrive in structured delivery environments, take complete ownership of the full Business Intelligence lifecycle, and value end-to-end accountability over piecemeal task execution.
You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience with proven experience building high-quality, executive-level dashboards independently
Demonstrated capability in data modeling, DAX calculations, access/security setup, and automated data refresh pipeline configuration using complex source systems (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint or enterprise ERPs alongside Excel data)
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions, including source data reconciliation, technical documentation, and user training/handover
University degree completion with strong English communication skills for documentation and stakeholder handover
Reliable home workspace, high-speed internet, and readiness to work 6:00 AM–3:00 PM PHT, Monday–Friday

Professional experience operating within architecture, engineering, design, or professional services industry contexts

What You’ll Own
Business Requirements & Data Architecture Solutioning
You own the translation of operational requirements into a reliable, scalable reporting architecture.
Evaluate client reporting requirements and underlying data sources to recommend optimal Power BI data structures
Design and execute a three-phase dashboard roll-out covering Project Performance, People & Resourcing, and Forecasting & Forward Workload
Establish data models, DAX measures, data connections, and automated, repeatable refresh schedules
Dashboard Engineering, Reconciliation & Governance
You own the integrity, visual clarity, and security of all analytical outputs.
Build graphical, intuitive user interfaces tailored for non-technical leadership and project stakeholders
Test and reconcile all dashboard metrics directly against agreed source data to guarantee absolute accuracy
Implement role-based user access, workspace permissions, and security controls across all reporting suites
Documentation & Operational Handover
You own solution sustainability, ensuring stakeholders operate the dashboard ecosystem independently.
Write comprehensive technical documentation detailing data structures, calculations, and maintenance protocols
Conduct user training sessions to guide stakeholders through dashboard navigation and operational insights
Execute formal solution handover to ensure long-term self-sufficiency without ongoing developer intervention
