1. Formulate and deliver professional solution proposals in accordance with project functional requirements, and complete sample testing, data verification and result analysis to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible, compliant and meet customer’s actual business needs.
2. Provide full-cycle technical support for customers, including on-site equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical guidance, ensuring the stable and normal operation of project equipment and systems after delivery.
3. Respond to customer technical consultations and problem feedback in a timely manner through online and offline channels, accurately diagnose technical faults, provide targeted solutions and follow up the whole process until problems are completely resolved to guarantee customer experience and satisfaction.
4. Conduct one-on-one customized technical training and regular systematic skill training for customers, covering product operation, system use, daily maintenance, common fault handling and other core content to help customers master relevant professional skills efficiently.
5. Independently design and compile targeted training courses and teaching materials based on product iteration, project characteristics and customer demands, conduct comprehensive evaluation of training effects after training sessions, summarize existing problems, and put forward optimized and improved plans for subsequent training system upgrading.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related technical majors, with solid professional theoretical foundation and technical literacy.
2. Possess excellent team collaboration awareness and efficient cross-departmental & customer communication skills, able to coordinate multiple parties to promote project implementation and problem resolution smoothly.
3. Proficient in using MS Office software suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), capable of independently completing data sorting and analysis, proposal making, report compilation and other daily office work.
4. Have a proactive learning attitude, able to keep up with industry technological updates and actively learn new products, new technologies and new processes; possess strong problem-oriented thinking logic, able to accurately locate problems, analyze root causes and deliver effective solutions in complex work scenarios.
