We are currently hiring Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representatives based in Malaysia.

【Work Arrangement】
Work From Home (Remote)
【Working Hours】
Shift-based schedule between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
(Part-time: 3–5 working days per week)
Working hours and days are negotiable
Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred
Subject to change depending on business requirements
【Job Responsibilities】
You will be handling customer inquiries in Japanese for a major e-commerce platform.
Respond to inquiries related to order status and delivery
Handle product returns and exchange requests
Provide support on account and website usage
Customer support via phone, email, and chat (all in Japanese)
Internal communication and reporting will also be conducted in Japanese
【Requirements】
Native or business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
Minimum high school qualification
Fresh graduates are welcome (no prior experience required)
Able to work on a shift schedule
Customer service or related experience is an advantage
【Work Eligibility】
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
(Malaysian citizens, Permanent Residents, or holders of a valid work permit such as Dependent Pass with work authorization)
Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position
