Teleperformance is Hiring || Trainer
Location: Jaipur
Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in E Commerce Processes will be given preference.( International BPO experience)
Key Requirements:
Experience in Training & Development.
Deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Facilitate process training, product knowledge sessions, and refresher training as required.
Ensure employees develop a strong understanding of process guidelines, business requirements, and customer handling techniques.
Monitor trainee performance through assessments, role-plays, mock calls, and feedback sessions.
Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate coaching and improvement plans.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance and maintain process standards.
Track training effectiveness, maintain training records, and support employees in achieving business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably in a BPO/contact center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
Strong coaching, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
