Role Overview
As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will support the configuration, testing, and deployment of healthcare technology integrations connecting electronic medical record (EMR) systems with laboratory platforms. You will work closely with laboratories, healthcare facilities, and technical teams to ensure accurate and reliable transmission of laboratory orders and results. Your responsibilities will include configuring system interfaces, validating account information, managing secure file transfers, and troubleshooting integration issues. You will coordinate implementation projects from initial requirements gathering through testing, documentation, and completion. Working in a collaborative, remote environment, you will combine technical problem-solving with client communication to deliver seamless integration experiences.
