Role: Claims Management Process Lead
Type: Full time, permanent
Tasks/Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Thailand-specific claim validation and issue resolution.
Experience in Thailand stakeholder coordination, governance, and escalation management.
Provide coordination and operational support for audits, UAT, projects, and L1 support activities.
Support process changes, implementation activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth execution.
Demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
