Graphic Design Intern

We’re Hiring: Graphic Design Intern (Brand & Communications)
J&K Cigarettes Ltd. (JKCL)
📍 Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi (4 days in office, 2 days work from home)
⏳ Duration: 3-month paid internship, with an opportunity to join as a permanent employee on successful completion
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (permanent role at a competitive salary package)

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated designer to build and maintain JKCL’s visual identity across all brand and company communications. As we operate in a regulated industry, designs must follow applicable regulations and brand guidelines.
Selection Process
Shortlisting based on resume and portfolio
The top 3 candidates will receive a design task
The best submission will be offered the paid internship
Key Responsibilities
Create brand Product designs, including brand identity elements, product visuals and packaging support
Design all company communications: presentations, internal notices, brochures, POSM, event and social media creatives
Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements (e.g. mandatory health warnings where applicable)
Work with the digital marketing team on content needs and turnaround timelines
Candidate Profile
Student or recent graduate in graphic design, visual communication or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Canva and CorelDRAW a plus
A strong portfolio (mandatory)
Good sense of typography, layout and brand aesthetics
Self-motivated, able to take feedback and meet deadlines
