💼 Solution & Application Engineer — Germany
📍 Location: Germany
🛠 Responsibilities
· Provide application-level technical support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs & motion control systems
· Support machine commissioning, tuning, troubleshooting & system optimization
· Collaborate with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators & distributors
· Deliver technical training, pilot project & first-machine support
· Act as technical bridge between European customers & global R&D; provide structured product/market feedback
✅ Requirements
· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or similar
· 3+ years in factory automation, motion control, PLC or machine commissioning
· Hands-on with servo systems, PLCs, HMIs, fieldbus (EtherCAT, CANopen)
· Background from machine builders, system integrators, automation OEMs or distributors
· Strong troubleshooting & customer-facing mindset
🗣️ Language & Travel
· Fluent English required; German a strong advantage
· Willing to travel within Europe; occasional travel to China for training
