Role Description The Executive Vice President of Finance is responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and operations of Nirvaat Internet Private Limited in a full-time, remote capacity. This role oversees financial planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and service lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and managing financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The EVP of Finance partners with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and support pricing and profitability decisions for development and server administration services. The role also involves implementing strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, supervising finance team members, and continuously improving financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and support strategic decision-making.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing management reports.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and accounting/ERP software, with experience in building financial models.
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in technology, IT services, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA, CFA) are an advantage.
