Telesales Executive

We are looking for experienced Work From Home Telecallers to join our credit card distribution team. This is a pure commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
About TS FinGrowth Agency:
TS FinGrowth Agency is a financial products distribution and consulting agency. We are registered as an authorized Advisor with Banksathi (BS Fintech Private Limited), a leading financial distribution platform. Through this partnership, we connect eligible customers with credit cards from top Indian banks.
What You Will Do:
· Make 100 outbound calls daily using data provided by the company.
· Generate a minimum of 5 interested leads per day.
· Explain card benefits to customers.
· Collect basic details (Name, Mobile, City, PAN, Employment Type, Income Range).
· Share the specific card link from Banksathi with interested customers.
· Report daily progress to the Manager.
Payment Structure:
· Commission: 400 – 1,000 per approved card (varies by card type).
· Weekly payout (every Monday).
· Fixed Salary (Optional): 10,000 per month (target: 8 cards per month).
· If 8 cards achieved: 10,000 + commission.
· If less than 8 cards: only per-card commission (no fixed salary).
· Payment mode: Bank transfer only.
Work Timing:
· 4 hours anytime between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
· No fixed office timing.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 months of Telecalling/Sales experience (No Freshers).
· Own Android smartphone and stable internet connection.
· Own SIM card for calling (company SIM card not provided).
· Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented.
