Talent Management Specialist

Role Description The Talent Management Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting the development, engagement, and retention of talent within Amazon business Canada. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to assess workforce needs, implementing talent management programs, and monitoring employee performance and growth. The specialist will design and support training and development initiatives, track succession plans, and recommend strategies to strengthen employee engagement. This role also includes maintaining documentation, analyzing HR-related data, and collaborating across teams to ensure talent processes are consistent, fair, and aligned with business objectives.
