Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to communicate with customers and potential clients, handle enquiries, follow up on leads, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Tamil and English.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
Confident, polite, and professional communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
