🎯 HIRING: Consultant – Business Valuation (PPA Heavy)
We are looking for a Business Valuation Consultant based in Gurugram with a strong background in Purchase Price Allocation (PPA).
🔹 Role: Consultant – Business Valuation
🔹 Location: Gurugram, India
🔹 Experience: 2.5+ Years
🔹 Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA Finance
Key Focus Areas:
• Heavy focus on PPA (ASC 805 / IFRS 3)
• Goodwill & Asset Impairment Testing (ASC 350/360 / IAS 36)
• 409A / Stock Option Valuations & OPM (ASC 718 / IFRS 9)
• Audit reviews of 3rd-party valuation reports & onshore stakeholder management
