About the Role :
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to work on an RPO engagement for one of our clients. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in US recruitment, a strong understanding of the US hiring market, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across IT and Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate suitability against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage interview feedback.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and support candidates through the joining process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to meet hiring targets and turnaround times.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and adhere to client-specific recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Experience
3–8 years of hands-on experience in US IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and hiring practices.
Experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment consulting, or client-facing hiring environments is preferred.
Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate database management.
Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
Flexibility to work according to US time zones and recruitment schedules.
