🚨 HIRING | ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE 🚨
📍 Locations: Chennai | Pune | Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
🕒 Shift: Flexible / Night Shifts
💼 Experience: 1+ Years
🎯 Job Level: JL2A – Process Specialist
💰 Maximum CTC: ₹3.5 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Handle order management and order entry activities.
▪️ Manage order tracking, order changes, expediting, and fulfillment.
▪️ Check inventory availability, product availability, and shipping status.
▪️ Process end-to-end orders using SAP.
▪️ Support sales teams with order entry and tracking.
▪️ Manage customer contracts and order booking.
▪️ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant Order Management experience.
✅ Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
✅ Experience in order entry, order tracking, and order fulfillment.
✅ Knowledge of inventory and shipping management.
✅ Good verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Willingness to work flexible / night shifts.
