Junior Marketing Designer & Video Editor

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our brand to life across digital and print. You’ll design a wide range of visual content, from event invitations and presentation decks to social media assets and short-form video, while keeping everything polished, cohesive, and true to our brand.

What You’ll Do
Design event invitations, digital and print collateral, and branded marketing materials
Create and design polished presentation decks for internal use, clients, and partners
Develop social media graphics, templates, and campaign visuals that keep our brand consistent
Edit short-form videos, including social reels and brand videos
Handle basic image editing and retouching, including product photo cleanup, cropping, and color correction
Use AI tools thoughtfully and efficiently to speed up workflows and spark ideas, without compromising quality or brand integrity
Support day-to-day client communication by drafting and sending emails, sharing files, and coordinating feedback
Assist with social media tasks such as preparing posts, scheduling content
Requirements:
6months-1 year of experience in graphic design, ideally in fragrance, beauty, or consumer product brands
A strong portfolio showing range across print, digital, social, and presentation design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Experience creating presentation decks in PowerPoint or Canva
A good creative eye, with strong instincts for typography, color, layout, and luxury or lifestyle aesthetics
Comfort using basic AI tools to enhance your work
Clear, professional written communication for client-facing emails
Good understanding of social media trends and platform formats
Experience with event or launch-related design
Basic motion graphics skills
