Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Solid Waste Collection & Transportation (C&T) site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end site HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Handle workforce planning, manpower deployment, and coordination with operations teams.
Manage attendance, leave, shift records, payroll inputs, and employee data.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with site management and corporate HR for smooth HR operations.
Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce trackers.
Requirements
Experience: 5–8 years in HR, preferably in waste management, C&T, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial operations.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and site HR operations.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a large blue-collar workforce independently.
