Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Handle daily HR operations, employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace relations.
Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee development activities.
Manage contract labour, manpower planning, and coordination with contractors.
Support factory administration, audits, and compliance documentation.
Prepare monthly HR reports, attendance summaries, and manpower reports.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and factory HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate with management.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in manufacturing HR, factory administration, statutory compliance, and workforce management will be preferred.
