About Brivio
Brivio supports businesses expanding into Malaysia with employment and HR-related services, including Employer of Record (EOR), payroll, recruitment and HR outsourcing.
We are looking to build relationships with independent business development professionals and referral partners who can help us connect with businesses that need Malaysia-related employment support.
The Opportunity
We welcome two types of collaboration:
1. Referral Partner
Identify businesses that may need EOR, payroll, recruitment or HR services in Malaysia.
Make relevant introductions with the prospective client's consent.
Refer qualified opportunities to the Brivio team.
2. Freelance Business Development Partner
Identify and approach potential business clients.
Develop relationships with companies exploring or expanding into Malaysia.
Conduct initial discussions to understand business needs.
Coordinate with Brivio to follow up on qualified opportunities and potential engagements.
The scope of collaboration will depend on your experience, network and preferred working arrangement.
Who We're Looking For
Professionals with experience in EOR, HR, payroll, recruitment, global mobility or related B2B services.
Freelance business development consultants and independent professionals.
Individuals with connections to international companies or businesses planning to hire in Malaysia.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Relevant industry experience and an established professional network are preferred.
