WE’RE HIRING | Content Bug Resolution Intern
Company: Cloudbird Digital Private Limited
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 8 | [Remote/Hybrid]
💼 Job Type: Full-Time Internship
💰 Stipend: ₹7,000/month + Performance Incentives
🚀 Joining: Immediate
We’re looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy interns to help resolve academic content bugs across our digital learning platform.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Resolve content bug tickets by following documented instructions.
Update and verify fixes across slides and digital content.
Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets.
Flag unclear issues instead of guessing.
🔹 Daily Target: 100 tickets
🔹 Monthly Target: 2,400 tickets
🔹 Performance Incentives: Additional earnings based on volume and accuracy above the target.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Good computer skills and typing speed.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using Google Slides, Google Docs, and web-based tools.
Personal laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).
Available for full-time work.
