Principal Product Manager

Role Summary- Owns strategy, roadmap and delivery for a core area of the Adlumin XDR/MDR platform; full-stack PM working with engineering, data science, the SOC and customers/partners.
Key Responsibilities-

Own vision, strategy and roadmap, from ideation to launch and go-to-market
Translate detection/response/SecOps problems into product requirements
Partner with engineering, data science and the SOC
Run continuous discovery with MSP partners, IT teams, SOC analysts
Track competitive landscape (XDR, MDR, SIEM, EDR, SecOps)
Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, efficacy, unit economics)
Work with marketing, sales and service delivery on launches and pricing inputs
Apply AI-assisted development practices; mentor junior PMs"
Qualifications-
6+ years in product management, with time on technical B2B or security products
Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, strong product sense
Breadth across cybersecurity with depth in at least two domains
Nice to Have-
Hands-on XDR/SIEM/SOAR/EDR/SOC experience; Security+/CISSP/cloud-security certs; AI-powered security products; AI-DLC / spec-driven tooling
