Paralegal – US Legal Systems (Hybrid/ Remote | US work Hours)

We're hiring an experienced Paralegal to join the Legal team of a US-headquartered technology and AI company. This is a an opportunity to work directly with the Head of Legal & Policy, supporting a fast-growing business at the forefront of AI, cloud infrastructure, and sustainable data center innovation.
✅ Non-Negotiables
• Strong experience with US legal systems and documentation.
• Prior experience managing US legal filing systems.
📍 Location
Hybrid / Remote, but based in Gurgaon, as the requirement may be to visit the Gurgaon office once a week depending on necessity.
🎯 Minimum Requirements
• 4+ years experience as a Legal Secretary/ Legal Assistant/ Paralegal or Legal Operations Coordinator in a law firm, GCC, or in-house legal department.
• Hands-on experience with contract administration, document management systems, and e-signature platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory docket and filing systems preferred.
• Ability to coordinate legal operations across multiple business functions.
