SAP Human Resources Specialist

ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a highly technical SAP HR ABAP engineer who can build solutions from scratch. This is a core engineering role focused on SAP HCM, not a support or functional role.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement complex HR solutions in ABAP • Work extensively on SAP HR infotypes (custom infotypes, dynamic actions, validations, etc.) • Handle PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management processes • Develop integrations using SOAP web services, RFCs, and HR data exchange methods • Build high-performance reports, batch jobs, and scalable programs • Collaborate on long-term HR platform architecture • Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives
Requirements: • 8+ years of ABAP experience (5+ years in SAP HCM) • Strong knowledge of HR infotype framework and data clusters • Hands-on experience with BADIs, user exits, enhancements • Experience in SOAP services, proxies, and RFC integrations • Strong debugging skills in Payroll and Time modules • Focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code Good to Have: • Experience with ALE/IDoc • Knowledge of S/4HANA HR scenarios • Exposure to CPI or middleware platforms
