Key Responsibilities:-
Perform installation and commissioning of medical equipment at hospitals and customer sites.
Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance/service support for installed machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Arrange and conduct product/machine demonstrations at hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Provide basic operational training to doctors, nurses, OT staff, biomedical teams, and other end users.
Coordinate with hospitals and customers for installation, service visits, demonstrations, and technical requirements.
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of installed equipment.
Maintain proper documentation of installations, service visits, complaints, maintenance, and demonstrations.
Coordinate with internal technical, service, application, and sales teams for timely resolution of field issues.
Ensure equipment is functioning properly after installation, repair, or maintenance.
Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and customers.
