The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others. We create products inspired by pop culture superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends.
Alongside our core men’s and women’s apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks. While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 80+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist with everyday HR functions. This internship is perfect for someone who’s passionate about people, is eager to learn, and wants hands-on exposure to dynamic HR operations in a creative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and fun in-office activities
• Maintain HR documentation and databases
• Support onboarding and exit formalities
• Participate in performance tracking and feedback cycles
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• Currently pursuing/completed graduation in HR or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
• Passionate about people and company culture
• Basic understanding of HR concepts
Note: This is a full-time, compulsory 3-6 months internship based in Mumbai. Applicants must be available to work from the office.
