About the role
Cuemath is a global math learning platform on a mission to make every child MathFit. We work with 4000+ coaches teaching children across 80+ countries.
Coach Success is the team that decides whether those children actually learn. You will look after a community of 1000+ coaches — watching how they teach, working out what each one needs to get better at, and making sure every child is with a coach who suits the way they learn. The best coaches in your community should end the year teaching more students, earning more, and better at their craft than when you met them.
It is a hands-on role for someone who likes building people, not just running processes. You will spend more time watching classes and talking to coaches than working in spreadsheets.
What you will own
Coaching quality — review recorded classes and give each coach one clear thing to work on.
Student–coach fit — match children to coaches who suit the way they learn.
Student retention — spot children who are drifting and act before the family decides to leave.
Coach growth — help good coaches fill their timetables and raise their monthly earnings.
Training delivery — plan and run training end to end, and make sure it changes what happens in class.
Performance improvement — bring below-bar coaches back up, or know when it is time to stop.
Community sentiment — stay close to how coaches are feeling and act on dips early.
Reporting — clean weekly numbers on quality, growth and community health.

Student retention :More children stay with their coach, and stay longer
Coach growth : More of your coaches teach a full timetable and earn more each month
Teaching quality :Coaches in your community visibly teach better, quarter on quarter
Referrals: Families recommend us, because the teaching is worth recommending
These are read across your whole community over a quarter — never on one coach in one month.
What you'll bring
You have taught children — ideally math, ideally online, for two years or more. This one is non-negotiable: you cannot judge a class you have never taught.
A math background — graduation in Math, Engineering, or a STEM discipline with strong math.
You know K–12 math well enough to sit in a class and tell whether it was taught right.
You can give hard feedback and keep the relationship. You can tell someone who tried their best that it is not working, and have them come back willing.
Training experience — you have planned and delivered programs, not just attended them.
Operations experience at scale, and the knack of getting results from people who do not report to you.
Clear, short writing and an easy way with people on a call.
Genuine curiosity about how children learn.
Good to have
Familiarity with the US or Canadian school system
Ed-tech experience
Experience with teachers, coaches or gig-based communities
Comfortable with AI tools, dashboards and data
Why you might want this
Most roles like this are account management with a dashboard. This one is not. You will be judged on whether a thousand coaches teach better in June than they did in January — and you will be able to point at the classes where that happened.
