Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support SCPL’s hiring needs across various functions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The specialist will collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand role requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing job postings, maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable employment guidelines. The role also involves continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contributing to workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidates objectively and support informed selection decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help position SCPL as an attractive workplace for potential applicants.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms for sourcing and pipeline development.
Prior experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or related industries is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple requisitions, and maintain confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices.
