Compliance Manager

Apeiro Digital is a health tech company building products for payers, providers and governments around the world. We are looking for someone to own health data compliance and turn regulations into real product controls.
What you will do
- Own HIPAA and GDPR compliance across our health data products, including breach readiness, data protection impact assessments, data subject requests and data processing agreements
- Keep a regulatory matrix across every country we deploy in, including the UAE Federal Data Protection Law
- Work with engineering on encryption, logging, data retention and pseudonymisation, and shape privacy by design from the product requirements stage
- Prepare audit evidence and review vendor data protection terms
What we are looking for
- 4 to 8 years in data protection, privacy or security compliance, ideally with health data
- Deep HIPAA and hands-on GDPR experience, and the ability to read regulatory text directly
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams, with strong documentation habits
- ISO 27001 or SOC 2 familiarity
- A plus: CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM or CHPC certification, or govtech experience
