Job Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures in Management, MBA, and Commerce subjects.
Develop curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and internships.
Conduct research, publish papers, and participate in conferences.
Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation, and departmental activities.
Participate in institutional committees and academic administration.
Qualifications: MBA, MCOM Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, or a relevant discipline, with a Master's degree in the relevant subject, as per applicable UGC and university norms.
Experience: Relevant teaching and research experience as prescribed by applicable regulations.
Required Skills: Academic leadership, research aptitude, communication, student mentoring, and curriculum development.
Reporting To: Head of Department / Dean / Director.
