We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about growth, data, and customer acquisition and can drive measurable business outcomes through paid media.
What You'll Own
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
Manage advertising spends with accountability for key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to test, refine, and scale high-performing creatives and messaging.
Monitor audience performance, targeting strategies, and campaign structures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain campaign hygiene, reporting accuracy, and performance documentation.
Share actionable insights, recommendations, and performance updates with marketing leadership.
Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices within performance marketing and D2C growth.
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Media.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with experience managing live campaigns and advertising spends.
Experience working with eCommerce and D2C brands is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Comfortable working with dashboards, reporting tools, and conversion funnels.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a strong execution mindset.
A growth-oriented professional who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to business growth.
