About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our performance marketing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to digital advertising, campaign optimization, marketing analytics, and growth strategies across leading advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is datadriven, curious, proactive, and eager to learn how digital marketing drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and other advertising channels.
• Support campaign setup, budget allocation, performance tracking, and optimization activities.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve key metrics such as Conversion Rate, Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
• Help test and optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, organize, and analyse marketing data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign improvement through data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with Brand, Content, Design, and Technology teams to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in creating and managing marketing collateral to ensure effective and cost-efficient campaign delivery.
Market Research & Innovation
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, customer behaviour, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Identify new advertising opportunities, channels, and platforms that can contribute to business growth and profitability.
• Share insights and recommendations with the team to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Required
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong academic performance, preferably in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
• Prior internship, coursework, certifications, or project experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting.
