Senior Frontend Software Engineer with React

Our client is a leading technology provider in the retail industry, delivering modern point-of-sale and store operations solutions to retailers across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
UI development: build complex, responsive interfaces in the project’s framework.
Code quality: write clean, testable code with unit and e2e tests, and review peers’ code.
Frontend design: shape component structure, state management, and API integration.
Performance: optimize load times, rendering.
Accessibility & security: ensure accessibility compliance and protect against XSS and similar risks.
Cross-browser support: deliver consistent behavior across browsers and devices.
Collaboration: turn UX designs into working UI and align on API contracts with backend.
Mentoring: guide junior developers and share frontend best practices.
Qualifications:
Must Have
Strong experience with React
Strong experience with TypeScript
Strong experience with GraphQL
Experience with CSS-in-JS (PandaCSS)
Strong communication skills and ability to engage proactively in discussions
Independent and self-driven approach to work
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and decisions
Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
Nice to Have
Experience with Node.js
Experience with Headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful
Experience with Playwright
