Job Role:
We are hiring an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role focuses on building agentic AI-powered business applications leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to enable autonomous workflows, digital assistants, and AI-driven decision-making systems.
Skills:
8–12+ years in solution architecture, automation, or enterprise applications
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and conversational AI design
Experience with AI Builder and intelligent document processing
Experience integrating APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications
Knowledge of RPA using Power Automate Desktop
Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, and Python
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and generative AI
Experience with Azure OpenAI and AI services
Experience designing agentic AI or autonomous workflows
Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration patterns
Familiarity with governance frameworks and Responsible AI
Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AI-102)
Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps)
Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows - RPA)
Dataverse (data platform and business logic)
Copilot Studio (Conversational AI & agents)
AI Builder (Document processing, prediction models)
Power BI (analytics & reporting for AI insights)
Azure OpenAI & Cognitive Services (advanced AI capabilities)
Power Platform Connectors (SAP, ServiceNow, Dynamics, custom APIs)
CoE Kit (governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management)
Strong solution architecture and enterprise design skills
Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions
Expertise in scalable and secure automation architectures
Strong understanding of agentic AI and Copilot patterns
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
Lead architecture and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Design and build enterprise Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio and generative AI
Develop agentic workflows combining Power Automate, AI Builder, and external AI services
Architect solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Dataverse
Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Azure, APIs)
Design intelligent document processing using AI Builder (Invoices, Forms, OCR)
Implement RPA with Power Automate Desktop for legacy system automation
Enable AI-powered copilots with conversational orchestration and plugins
Ensure governance, security, and compliance using Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
Define monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies
