Process Engineering
Extensive experience in preparing, reviewing and approving Engineering Documents Calculations, including equipment lists, PFDs, P&IDs, mass & energy balance, pump hydraulics, equipment and line sizing, PSV design, SOPs, Control Philosophies, Cause & Effect matrices, Technical Specifications & Technical Bid Analysis, Instrument Data Sheets and conceptual plant layouts etc.
Technology Transfer
Expertise in technology transfer, translating lab-scale data to robust, scalable industrial processes.
Plant Design & Commissioning
Proven track record in complete process design, project co-ordination and commissioning of pharmaceutical.
Process Optimization
Proven ability to enhance productivity, optimize yield & product quality, reduce batch cycle time (BCT) and reduce energy consumption for improved operational efficiency & sustainability.
Project Management
Effective co-ordination with OEMs, clients, consultants & cross-functional internal teams for smooth project deliverables & technically compliant project execution.
Product Mapping
Strong command over product mapping & BCT estimation.
Process Safety
Skilled in leading safety reviews including Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and HAZOP studies ensuring robust risk assessment and compliance with safety
Automation & Control System
Proficient in process automation & SCADA systems, with hands-on experience in developing, testing & validating functional logic & control philosophies.
