Recruitment Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and candidate-handling skills, with the ability to source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Hindi speaking is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and social media.
Screen candidates through phone calls and assess their suitability for various positions.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, joining dates, and documentation.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer discussions when required.
Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
Required Skills
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree.
HR/Recruitment certification or relevant experience will be an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or consultancy preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
