About Ranknest
Ranknest helps local businesses get found on Google through Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO and review management. We work with businesses across real estate, sports, wellness, education, retail and hospitality.
The role
You'll find local businesses that are losing customers on Google, speak with their owners, and help them understand how we can fix it. You'll work directly with the founder, Anuj Bhardwaj, who will train you and review your calls every week.
What you'll do
•⁠ ⁠Research local businesses and build lead lists
•⁠ ⁠Reach out to owners by call and WhatsApp
•⁠ ⁠Understand their situation before recommending anything
•⁠ ⁠Book meetings and close clients, with founder support
•⁠ ⁠Keep a clear record of every conversation
What we expect
•⁠ ⁠A minimum of 6–7 new clients per month
•⁠ ⁠Honest selling: no false promises, no pressure tactics
•⁠ ⁠Openness to feedback, and steady improvement
Compensation
This role is commission-only. There is no fixed salary.
•⁠ ⁠20% of the first month's payment from every client you close
•⁠ ⁠5% of each payment that client makes after that, up to their 6th month, while you remain active with us
•⁠ ⁠Paid within 7 days of the client's payment
Associates who close 6+ clients every month for 3 months move on to our international accounts, earning the same structure in US dollars.
Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Fresher or final-year student
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable speaking Hindi and English
•⁠ ⁠Own laptop and stable internet
